The addresses on the labels can be extended as follows: The country code CH can be added to deliveries from abroad, or the labels can be addressed to « the management » or a contact person (managing director, head of production, R&D, purchasing, sales/marketing or personnel).
Listings [Prices]
SWISSFIRMS sells lists of companies, in alphabetical order or sorted according to area of activity. It can be used as a basis for mailing campaigns, for example.
Binders [Prices]
SWISSFIRMS also sells binders with fact sheets on all selected companies, in alphabetical order. A simple, fast and efficient source of reference and a useful addition to a company library.
General conditions:
SWISSFIRMS offers a special rate for these products, which includes CHF 60.00 research fees for every selection. These fees are not charged if the product is purchased at The Addresses Shop, the online service of SWISSFIRMS.
The terms of payment for these products are the following: cash on delivery, payment in advance or payment by credit card (Visa or Eurocard).

Postage and packaging cost CHF 10.– per consignment. The electronic transfer of the data is free of charge.
Because of the size of the file, SWISSFIRMS cannot guarantee for the completeness or the accuracy of the information contained in the database. However, envelopes and other documents that have been sent back by the postal services because of incorrect addresses can be forwarded to source of the addresses (SWISSFIRMS or the Chamber of Commerce). As a refund, the customer will then receive a voucher to be used for the next order of addresses from SWISSFIRMS. This right of refund is valid for up to 30 days after the delivery of the addresses.
It is strictly forbidden to distribute, copy or resale information from the SWISSFIRMS database.
In accordance with article 3, paragraph o of the Swiss Federal Law against unfair competition, the use of e-mail addresses of the SWISSFIRMS database for bulk advertising is not permitted, since prior consent of the recipients is required. In case of non-compliance with this rule, SWISSFIRMS reserves the right to stop selling addresses to senders of bulk e-mail advertising.
